Workplace Mediation
Parenting Mediation Brisbane & Sunshine Coast
Workplace conflict can affect communication, working relationships, team morale and the ability for people to simply get on with their job. When concerns are left unresolved, misunderstandings can deepen and working together can become increasingly difficult. Linda provides workplace mediation as a structured and impartial process, giving employees, colleagues or managers the opportunity to discuss concerns openly, hear different perspectives and work towards practical ways of working together.
The focus is not on deciding who is right or wrong. It is about understanding what has happened, identifying what needs to change and creating clear, workable agreements that support a more respectful professional relationship.

Workplace Mediation Process
Step 1. Initial discussion
The process begins by gathering information about the organisation’s objectives, what they are hoping to achieve through mediation, the challenges that have been present so far, and whether any health, safety or wellbeing concerns have been identified.
Step 2. Individual participant discussions
Each participant has a private one-on-one discussion with Linda to explore their concerns, how they see the situation, and any risks they believe may be present. This also provides an opportunity to check how each person is feeling, whether appropriate wellbeing supports are in place, and what options they believe may help improve the situation.
Step 3. Facilitated workplace discussion
Participants then come together for a facilitated discussion. Linda guides the conversation in a neutral and respectful way, supporting each person to be heard while keeping the discussion focused, constructive and directed towards practical ways of working together.
Supporting workplaces beyond the mediation
Linda’s aim is not only to assist organisations through challenging workplace situations, but also to strengthen the way difficult conversations are managed in the future. Where appropriate, the process can support clearer communication, practical strategies and agreed ways of working that participants can continue to use beyond the mediation itself.
