Parenting/Property Mediation:
Individual consultation:
$400 per person, including the issuing of s60I certificate if required.
Up to 4 hours:
$1000 per person including the drafting of agreements and issuing of s60I certificate if required.
Up to 7 hours:
$1,500 per person, including the drafting of agreements and issuing of s60I certificate if required.
In-person session: Room hire is charged separately where applicable.
Elder & Family Mediation:
Individual consultation:
$300 per person, before mediation
Mediation:
$400 per person for 2 hours
Note: More than one Elder & Family Mediation session is often required.
In-person session: Room hire is charged separately where applicable.
Parenting Coordination:
Individual consultation:
$400 per person
Joint parenting session:
$400 per person
Relationship Support
Couples / Individuals:
$350 for 1.5 hours
